You’ll serve as a mentor, quality controller, and process optimizer, helping the team achieve its goals while maintaining compliance and consistency with firm standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Demand Specialists to ensure top-tier performance and case outcomes.
  • Review demand packages for accuracy, completeness, and legal soundness prior to attorney review.
  • Assign and monitor case progress daily to ensure all deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance case turnaround.
  • Conduct regular case and call audits to ensure proper client communication and documentation.
  • Lead provider meetings to address delays, clarify expectations, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Handle client escalations with empathy and professionalism to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Track and analyze individual and team metrics, providing coaching and accountability where needed.
  • Collaborate with management on strategy, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
  • Stay current on firm procedures, ensuring all SOPs and training materials reflect best practices.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a personal injury law firm (e.g., case manager, demand writer, pre-litigation team lead, or similar role).
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury process — from treatment to demand and negotiation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathetic, professional, and client-centered approach.
