About The Role

We are looking for a financial accountant to join our finance team, where you will get to work on the financial reporting process and operational accounting processes. As a member of the team you will closely work together with the financial controller and report monthly to the head of accounting & reporting.

What You'Ll Do

• Posting and Processing Journal Entries: Ensuring that all business transactions are accurately recorded.
• Close collaboration with the financial contoller and active involvement in the order to cash cycle.
• Take ownership of the AP process and invoice processing.
• Performing month end close procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for internal and external purposes.
• Assist in the annual financial audit of Fourthline B.V.
• Assist and support the finance team in daily tasks and administration.
• Assist and prepare various financial analyses for the finance team.

What You'Ve Got

• Qualification in preferably Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ Years experience in an accounting role preferably with a scale-up company.
• Knowledge of accounting functions and business processes.
• You possess strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• You have strong and structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are a self-starter (really!) and can work independently as well as being part of a team. You are not afraid of deadlines!
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About The Team

The Finance team works with the CFO and are responsible for all statutory and operational reporting withing the company. We ensure that we file all statutory reports accurately and in due time, as well as supplying our FP&A team with the needed data to make will informed decisions. As a part of finance team we work cross functionally with all departments namely Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and other teams.
