About The Role

• You’ll lead our HVAC and Plumbing service and install teams—motivating, mentoring, and helping them perform at their best every day.
• Your focus won’t just be numbers. It’ll be people—building trust, sharpening skills, and setting clear expectations that drive pride and performance.

You’ll measure success through your team: higher engagement, better safety scores, fewer callbacks, and stronger reviews. You’ll coach through ride-alongs, conversations, and accountability—not memos.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead by example and build a high-performing, motivated technician team
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the HVAC and home services space
• Create a winning culture built on accountability, teamwork, and trust
• Use data to spot trends, celebrate wins, and correct gaps before they grow
• Coach for results—developing technicians’ people skills as much as their technical ones
• Partner with branch leadership to deliver consistent, profitable performance
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction stay at the center of everything we do

What You Bring

• Strong background in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, or related trade)
• Proven leadership experience—especially managing and developing field teams
• A reputation for getting results through people, not pressure
• Clear communication and the confidence to lead meetings and coach in the field
• Working knowledge of systems like ServiceTitan or other CRM/scheduling software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions under pressure
• A valid driver’s license and clean record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening upon offer
