InvestCloud.com

Office

London, London, United Kingdom

Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multi-workstream execution for AI & Data initiatives, maintaining plans, dependencies, risks, and decisions; prepare leadership reviews and steering materials.
  • Serve as a business analyst for priority initiatives—eliciting requirements, framing use cases, defining success metrics, and partnering with product and engineering.
  • Shape and maintain executive-ready materials—story-driven slide decks for strategy, business cases, roadmaps, OKRs, quarterly reviews, and programme updates.
  • Support leadership with timely updates of the business plan, business strategy, and technical strategy, ensuring traceability from strategy to execution.
  • Drive intake, prioritisation, and governance for AI & Data initiatives; track impact and adoption through dashboards and structured reporting loops.
  • Partner across Product, Engineering, Legal/InfoSec/Compliance to ensure responsible AI adoption, alignment to guardrails, and smooth rollout from pilot to production.
  • Contribute hands-on to programme delivery—RAID logs, status comms, PMO artefacts, stakeholder comms, and milestone tracking; remove blockers proactively.
  • Create leverage for the leadership team—own projects, conduct research/competitive scans, prepare briefings, and operate with high judgement and urgency.
  • Step up to own programmes or projects directly once capacity is created and trust is established; manage execution through to measurable outcomes.

Required Experience

  • 6–8 years in a strategy, programme management, product, consulting, or BA role within technology or fintech, including hands-on execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience implementing modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks, and using them for AI or Analytics or data sharing use cases.
  • Exposure to AI implementation projects (e.g., ML product features, AI-assisted workflows, or enterprise AI enablement e.g. AI for Coding), with ability to translate business outcomes into technical plans.
  • Strong project management and programme management capabilities: planning, dependency management, risk/issue governance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling—able to craft compelling, executive-ready slide decks that simplify complex topics and drive decision-making.
  • Proven business analysis skills: requirements, process mapping, use cases, acceptance criteria, baseline/target metrics, and value realisation tracking.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with our team’s future stack (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Kafka, Terraform, Mage AI) and data platform modernisation practices.
  • Experience coordinating rollouts with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance to align with privacy, security, ethical AI, and IP guardrails.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence without authority across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations.
  • Comfortable working at speed, with ambiguity, and in a controls environment; practical, hands-on, and outcome-oriented.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • A clear backlog and programme oversight structure to communicate effectively
  • Create high-quality, repeatable executive materials (strategy narratives, decision briefs, quarterly reviews) that leadership relies on.
  • Accelerate one to two priority initiatives (e.g., data platform modernisation, AI feature rollout) by coordinating cross-functional delivery.
  • Take ownership of at least one programme/workstream and deliver measurable outcomes (e.g., adoption, cycle-time reduction, cost efficiency, or client impact).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field helpful.
