Retail Network Experience & Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Role Summary:

As the Retail Network Experience & Operations Manager (m/w/d) for Hyundai Motor Europe, you will be responsible to drive higher dealer performance by improving commercial policies, dealer processes and systems in sales & service. Working across a regional and global team, this role will be a key player within our sales matrix. 

We Want You To:

• Optimize and strengthen dealer performance by building target-setting frameworks and working hand-in-hand with our regional teams to ensure implementation. 
• Develop KPI-based dashboards to identify key areas for improvement and build prioritization action plans. 
• Manage dealer-specific performance improvement plans and operational adjustments. 
• Oversee and improve mystery shopping programs and evaluation criteria. 
• Strategize dealer relationship management startegies and engagement initiatives. 
• Participate in decision-making processes for commercial policy revisions, dealer remuneration structures and incentive schemes, and network goal setting. 
• Participate in network-wide performance review cycles. 

About You:

• Qualified Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
• 8+ years of professional, post-graduate experience, with 5+ years within Automotive business
• Proven track-record in dealer performance optimization 
• Strong background in managing high-level stakeholders
• Experience managing automotive dealer incentives and relationships - preferred
• Hands-on experience conducting mystery shopping, operational audits, and process reviews - preferred
• Experience in dashboard managemen within Tableau, Power BI, or proprietary OEM systems
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and DMS systems
