The Role
The Director, Brand, Content, and Social Media is responsible for defining and driving the global brand and digital communication strategy that positions ZoomInfo as a market leader. This leadership role shapes the company's market presence, drives thought leadership, and creates lasting business value through strategic brand initiatives and digital innovation. You will provide leadership to multiple teams across brand, content, and social media functions while partnering with VP & C-suite leaders to align brand strategy with overall business objectives.
What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)
- Build and lead the global brand and content strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving market leadership position.
- Define the long-term vision for ZoomInfo's brand evolution and digital presence, incorporating market insights and emerging trends.
- Direct the development of strategic frameworks that guide content creation, brand positioning, and social media engagement across all business units.
- Drive innovation in digital storytelling and brand experience, identifying new channels and approaches to reach key audiences.
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance brand authority and market influence.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives related to brand modernization and digital evolution.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple functions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Partner with executives to ensure brand strategy supports corporate goals and drives business growth.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities related to brand and digital capabilities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between brand initiatives and other business units.
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for measuring brand and content effectiveness.
- Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.
- Regular and consistent attendance, including in-person attendance where required.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or digital communications, with significant executive leadership experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading multi-functional teams and managing senior-level direct reports.
- Proven track record of developing and executing global brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving organizational change.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and ability to anticipate future trends that impact brand strategy.
- Experience managing P&L responsibility and large departmental budgets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect brand initiatives to business outcomes.
- Track record of successful partnerships with C-suite executives and board members.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Executive presence with superior communication and influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and align multiple stakeholders around a common vision.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
