Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to warehouse organization
• Able to effectively communicate with warehouse, logistics, and territory teams
• Comfortable using CRM systems and logging warehouse movements
• Familiar with safe driving practices and towing trailers
• Able to respond promptly and professionally via email, phone, and text
• Responsible and safety-conscious with experience in vehicle and trailer inspection
• Flexible and reliable with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility

What You’Ll Do

• Ensure organization and cleanliness at each SPF satellite warehouse during deliveries (1–3 hrs per visit)
• Remove scrap, and excess buildout materials to return to Sarasota, FL
• Label returning materials clearly for tracking
• Log notes into SPF CRM/Delivery Sheets when picking up units for return and notify Logistics team
• Communicate with Territory Supervisors if ongoing disorganization is observed at their location
• Respond to warehouse-related communication promptly
• Inspect vehicle connections, trailer lighting, and tire conditions before travel
• Check and stock emergency roadside kit prior to departure
• Secure trailer loads and engage Tow Haul and Exhaust Braking as needed
• Practice safe driving, lane discipline, wide turns, and use spotters when reversing

• Minimum Qualifications
• Clean Driving record for at least 3 years
• Lift up to 100lbs
• Able to load & unload materials from trailer into warehouse
• Adept for organization
• Experience with Apple Products
• Experience with Excel & Microsoft Office
