About the Job:We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. You'll analyze data to create insights and develop data-driven solutions that improve business performance. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll help deliver meaningful business outcomes through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:• Use data analysis to help teams solve business challenges• Uncover trends and patterns in data to guide decision-making• Build and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics• Present data-driven findings to stakeholders• Support special projects and handle analytical requests as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in B2C, Telecommunications, or Financial Services• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Redash is a plus• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear insights• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality work• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Self-motivated learner who thrives in fast-paced environments• Professional English proficiency (80% or above)
