Role Summary
Are you a strategic storyteller who thrives on creating content that inspires, educates, and drives growth? AdvancedMD is seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Marketing Content Manager to shape the voice and vision of our brand. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing and executing content strategies that amplify our product positioning, engage target audiences, and fuel demand across the customer journey.
As a Product Marketing Content Manager, you’ll blend product marketing expertise with editorial excellence—translating complex healthcare technology solutions into compelling, customer-focused narratives. You’ll craft high-performing assets across a range of formats including blogs, emails, landing pages, videos, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns. Partnering closely with product, design, sales, and customer success teams, you’ll ensure every piece of content aligns with go-to-market goals and delivers measurable business impact.

Essential Job Duties:
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with business goals, product launches, and customer journeys
- Craft high-performing content across formats—emails, eBooks, infographics, blogs, landing pages, webinars, podcasts, and demos
- Translate technical product features into customer-centric messaging that drives conversion and retention
- Partner with design, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, branded assets across multiple revenue channels
Product Marketing & GTM Leadership
- Lead content strategy for product launches, including messaging frameworks, release communications, and enablement materials
- Own the marketing deliverables within the product release DAM process, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Collaborate with product managers to surface differentiators and customer pain points that inform positioning
- Host (or coordinate host) and produce “tips and tricks” webinars to drive feature adoption and customer success
Demand Generation & SEO
- Build and optimize content that support inbound lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Work with external SEO agency to apply advanced SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
- Create high-value content for AI/GEO search optimization, including structured FAQs and semantic-rich webpages
- Align content initiatives with company OKRs, reporting on performance metrics and iterating for impact
Video & Demo Production
- Write and produce product demo scripts that showcase value propositions and use cases
- Oversee video production projects with internal teams or external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
- Collaborate with animation and multimedia specialists to bring product stories to life
- Record product demos in Quicktime to drive high-quality visual elements to demos
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or tech environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across departments
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio that spans formats and audiences
- Deep understanding of SEO, content analytics, and performance optimization
- Experience managing content operations at scale, including editorial calendars, asset libraries, and campaign workflows
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes

Work Environment
- Hybrid office arrangement to start in the South Jordan, Utah office location, with option to work remotely available. Remote work is contingent upon individual role, team structure and alignment to role KPIs.
