We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Agency Business Development Manager.

This role will lead and drive agency business growth through strategic recruitment, activation, and development of Financial Consultants (FCs), Vice-President (VP), Executive Vice President (EVP) and LRP. The focus is on building high-performing teams and leaders, delivering exceptional sales results, and creating a culture of excellence aligned with FWD’s vision to change the way people feel about insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment And Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier FCs and Leaders (LRP).
  • Drive activation and retention programs to maintain high active ratios.
  • Lead and inspire FCs and Leaders through fieldwork, roadshows, and client engagement activities.
  • Implement innovative sales campaigns and contests to boost productivity.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs: FYP, APE, recruitment numbers, and active ratio.

Training And Coaching:

  • Work closely with Distribution Training Team in design and deliver impactful training programs on sales techniques, professionalism, and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to FCs and leaders for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment through workshops, social media engagement, and best practice sharing.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports (MTD/YTD).
  • Manage compensation reviews, incentive programs, tactical campaigns and recognition initiatives.

Others:

  • Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and creativity to enhance engagement and results.
  • Perform another task as assigned by the manager.
