As a Database Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of AmeriCorps, to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the databases that enable AmeriCorps to provide grants to organizations and people who are working to help Americans in need.
● Provide basic escalation support for AmeriCorps applications (eSPAN, eGrants, Member Portal, Staff Portal, Micro Strategy, and AIM), built largely on Oracle databases, with some Micro Strategy and Azure data lake services.
● Provide low to moderate complexity database administration.
● Work with senior database experts to enable scripting and automation.
