Associate Marketing Manager, Professional Education, UK & Ireland - Continuous Glucose Monitoring.  This role will be based at our offices in Bracknell, United Kingdom, 3 days each week.

Meet The Team:

Join a friendly and collaborative Marketing Team dedicated to supporting the diabetes community. As an Associate Marketing Manager for Professional Education, you’ll create and deliver educational content and information to healthcare professionals and play a key role in our educational programmes.

Where You Come In:

  • You will support the development and delivery of multi-channel education programmes and content for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the UK and Ireland.
  • Help organise and run events, webinars and training sessions for HCPs.
  • Assist with creating and updating educational materials and resources.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to make sure our programmes run smoothly.
  • Help track and report on the success of our educational activities.
  • Ensure all activities follow GDPR and compliance guidelines.
  • Build relationships with colleagues and healthcare professionals to understand their needs.
  • Work with the Sales and Medical Affairs teams to provide useful information and educational support.

What Makes You Successful:

  • You have experience developing and delivering educational programmes or campaigns for healthcare professionals, ideally within a regulated environment; previous work in Diabetes is a bonus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities, demonstrating strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms to create, distribute and measure the impact of educational content.
  • Able to analyse data and KPIs to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • An effective communicator, able to tailor messaging for a clinical audience.
  • Collaborative and proactive, building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and healthcare professionals.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced environment and willing to contribute ideas and take initiative.

  • 15-25%

Experience And Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience, in healthcare marketing, professional education or clinical communications.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets and digital platforms.

Flex Workplace: This full-time role operates on a flex / hybrid model of three in-office days per week, designed to maximise collaboration, fast decision-making and executional momentum.

As of November 2025, our new office will be located in Bracknell Maxis and you must live in commuting distance.
