The Opportunity

We Are Seeking A Strategic And Experienced Senior Manager To Lead Our Ai/Ml Initiatives. In This Role, You Will Oversee The Development And Deployment Of Ai And Machine Learning Solutions, Driving Innovation And Aligning Technical Projects With Business Objectives. This Is A Unique Opportunity To Shape The Future Of Ai-Driven Features Within Our Insurance Software Platform And Make A Significant Impact On The Industry.

• Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Ai/Ml Projects That Enhance Product Capabilities And Customer Experience.

• Define And Execute The Ai/Ml Roadmap, Ensuring Alignment With Business Goals And Technological Advancements.

• Collaborate With Product Management, Data Science, And Engineering Teams To Identify Opportunities For Ai/Ml Integration.

• Oversee The Design, Development, And Deployment Of Scalable Ai/Ml Solutions.

• Establish Best Practices, Standards, And Governance For Ai/Ml Development And Deployment Within The Organization.

• Monitor Industry Trends And Emerging Ai/Ml Technologies To Guide Innovation Strategies.

• Build And Mentor A High-Performing Team Of Data Scientists, Ml Engineers, And Developers.

• Manage Stakeholder Expectations And Communicate Project Progress Effectively.

What We’Re Looking For

• Bachelor’S Or Master’S Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Ai, Or Related Fields; Mba Or Equivalent Preferred.

• 10+ Years Of Experience In Ai/Ml Development, With 3+ Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

• Proven Success In Delivering Ai/Ml Solutions In Enterprise Environments, Ideally Within Insurance Or Saas Industries.

• Strong Knowledge Of Ai/Ml Frameworks, Cloud Platforms, And Data Analytics Tools.

• Excellent Leadership, Strategic Thinking, And Stakeholder Management Skills.

• Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience Working With Guidewire Products Or Insurance Domain Expertise.

• Relevant Certifications In Ai/Ml, Cloud Platforms, Or Project Management.

• Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Agile Methodologies.
