Position Summary:

The Manager, Sustainability Asia Pacific will support the PVH APAC Sustainability team to drive sustainability initiatives for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER in all APAC markets. The ideal candidate must have a keen interest in sustainability and a strong commitment to deliver projects across diverse business functions.  The candidate must be a strong team player and be self-motivated to work on tasks & projects with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into the business.
  • Support the operationalization of APAC priority sustainability projects across product, packaging, circularity, associate engagement, store development, customer communications and more.
  • Proactively identify and execute additional projects in the region that are aligned with PVH’s Corporate Responsibility targets.
  • Follow-up and guide project teams at the region and in local markets to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Organize and conduct region-wide associate trainings.
  • Lead sustainability-related associate engagements through regular communications and the set-up of initiatives/events.
  • Manage data collection and consolidation for global baseline and regulatory reporting needs such as the Singapore Mandatory Packaging Report.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting of sustainability data at the region and in local markets on metrics including % of products with environmentally preferred materials.
  • Facilitate thought sharing by conducting research and analysis on emerging industry trends, regulations, and sustainability issues.
  • Support the team in aligning and socializing projects with global counterparts.
  • Support the team on tasks such as contract creation and invoice handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

At least 5 years of working experience preferably in multinationals, matrix organizations or start-ups.

Education:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in sustainability, business or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to work and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach and exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, anticipate needs and challenges, and respond to changing demands.
  • Goal and execution oriented.
  • Ability to think and react quickly and produce deliverables on tight turnarounds.
  • Flexibility to participate in meetings outside of APAC time zones (occasionally).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English. Other Asian languages preferred.
