Job Description

We Are Seeking A Dynamic And Results-Driven Area Sales Manager To Oversee Sales Operations Within A Designated Geographic Area. The Asm Will Be Responsible For Driving Revenue Growth, Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives, Building Strong Customer Relationships, And Executing Strategic Sales Plans To Meet Company Objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.

  • Conduct regular field visits to support team members and assess market conditions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.

What You'Ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales management, preferably in [industry].
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
