The core responsibilities of this role include: Auditing, maintaining, and uploading internal paperwork into physical and digital retention. Other time spent will be used to assit in audits throughout the warehouse as needed and any other task needed by the manager or onsite management.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM
Pay: 19.25

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: The ability to meticulously review documents and identify discrepancies or errors. Strong capability to analyze data and information to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and maintaining orderly documentation. Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members. Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions to improve processes. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards applicable to auditing and documentation. Experience with auditing software and tools, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Strong commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Role Purpose:
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education And Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
