As Junior Production Manager, you lead operations in our dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of production processes, drive efficiency, and develop a high-performing team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact in This Role
As a Junior Production Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Safety Leadership: Champion a Zero Harm culture and ensure strict adherence to all safety standards and procedures.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily production and maintenance activities to meet performance targets and operational goals.
- Customer Excellence: Deliver top-tier service and product quality that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and cost reduction through Lean Manufacturing principles and Operational Excellence tools.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering talent growth and career progression.
What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2–5 years of supervisory role experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing; Six Sigma certification is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and contribute effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
