 Job Overview As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering exceptional fitness training services to all our clients. You will use your extensive fitness knowledge and results-driven experience to promote our brand and create personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor and train team members, contributing to their growth and development.   Responsibilities 

• Drive monthly revenue goals and new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Conduct client assessments and close sales.
• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients with various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications 

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM). 
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel daily and work flexible hours.
