Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Billing Officer with working experience in Account Receivable (AR). This position will be reporting to Billing & Collection Manager for HK and Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, generate, and mail customer bills for monthly services.
• Ensure the automated billing system is efficiently operates and maintains to produce accurate bills.
• Identify and resolve billing errors, inconsistencies, or payment issues by collaborating with customers and other departments.
• Prepare monthly and other periodic billing summary reports and financial statements.
• Maintain, monitor, and analyses account records.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or billing-related role
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as Salesforce and Oracle is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Familiar with portal submission such as Coupa and Ariba would be advantage
