Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Procore System Administrator to join our Design & Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Procore construction management platform to ensure all project teams operate efficiently and effectively, serving as the go-to subject matter expert for system configuration, user support, and data integrity.

This role is vital for providing the administrative and technical expertise that supports our ongoing construction projects.

What You'Ll Do

In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Procore platform, including controlling company and project-level settings, updating project templates, and proactively implementing new features to ensure continuous system improvement.
  • Support users by acting as the in-house subject matter expert for all Procore inquiries, providing timely technical support and troubleshooting, and developing and delivering training to foster a high level of user proficiency.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into project status, financial performance, and compliance, while actively auditing the system to ensure data accuracy and consistency

What You''Ll Bring

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional user support, training, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
