Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure productivity, consistency, product and quality assurance for food production and assumes responsibility and accountability
- Support the culinary team with guidance by successfully applying experience and sound technical knowledge
- Achieve excellence for the production team by training and coaching team members for continuous product enhancement
- Create and cultivate the training and professional enrichment culture of development with all kitchen staff
- Monitor and review production procedures to enhance productivity
- Maintain, improve and ensure quality excellence to comply with proper hygiene and safety requirements
- Ensure consistent high quality food preparation standards are always maintained in assigned restaurants
- Ensure consistent high quality culinary standards are always maintained in assigned restaurants
- Frequently taste food in assigned outlet and be demanding and critical when it comes to quality
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 consecutive years of Western cuisine experience, including at least 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef is required
- High School or above education
- Excellent language skills in Chinese or English
