Core Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of the B2B channel growth strategy within APAC, focusing on incremental opportunities across various market segments.
  • Work closely with the APAC B2B Channel leads to identify, plan and implement incremental initiatives across APAC
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand teams to align B2B initiatives with broader brand building efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and approach.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies
  • Drive the implementation of innovative programs that improve brand visibility and drive sales through B2B channels, including Grocery/Hyper, Toy Specialists, Department Stores and eCommerce.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including BUs and external partners, to facilitate collaboration and drive growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of channel plans and initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Act as a leader with vision in B2B channel strategy, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market opportunities and challenges.

The APAC Regional Commercial Development (RCD) function is dedicated to driving growth and innovation in Branded and B2B channels, translating global strategies into actionable plans that resonate with local markets. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between brand building initiatives and commercial execution, ensuring that LEGO® continues to thrive in the competitive landscape of the APAC region.

 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B channels or business development roles, preferably within Consumer Goods / Retail / FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving incremental growth and delivering business performance in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience working internationally, with a deep understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Previous experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing strategies within the B2B context.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and growth.
  • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.#LI-SW1
