Medical Asst, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Internal RNs - Ashby Clinic and Fergus Falls Primary Care Clinic (70287)

$5,000 sign-on bonus with two year work commitment for LPN or MA hires only. Internal RN candidates will be considered for this position.

The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. This role will work 3 days a week at our Ashby Clinic and 2 days a week at our Fergus Falls Clinic. The LPN or MA has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.

• Hours/Shifts
• 80 hours biweekly, Day shifts, with 3 days a week at our Ashby Clinic and 2 days a week at our Fergus Falls Clinic.

Compensation
If hired as an LPN, the pay range is $23.79-$31.99/hour. If hired as a Medical Assistant, the range is $22.65-$28.99/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

This position requires current licensure in Minnesota as an LPN, or Medical Assistant certification. This position also requires Healthcare Provider level CPR certification within six months of hire.
