🔷 What are your responsibilities?

• Analyzes user requirements, proposes solutions, and determines organizational-technological implications for HR business information system development.
• Participates in maintaining and upgrading implemented solutions.
• Provides advisory services within the user's specific business domain.
• Communicates user satisfaction feedback to team members.
• Participates in pre-sales activities.
• Participates in providing external and internal training services.
• Participates in colleague education and mentoring.
• Estimates workload and time required for solution implementation.
• Tests the application after implementing changes
• Drafts system specifications and the necessary documentation
• Monitors technological development trends and legal changes in their area of expertise.
• Delivers solutions in accordance with project requirements, deadlines, and project role.
• Proactively participates in solution development and implementation of legal solutions and trends.
• Operates in accordance with project methodology (management, documentation, training, reporting, testing, customization, resource management, etc.).
• Participates in new employee training and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous professional development in their area of work.
• Regular reporting to direct supervisor about work progress and results.
• Performing other tasks of interest to the Company as assigned by direct supervisor.

🔷 What We Expect From You:

• 2-5 years of experience in the same or similar HR Solutions Consultant positions in the ICT industry (mid-level position)
• Mandatory knowledge of HR processes, preferably in larger corporations
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• A team player
