What You'Ll Do: Responsibilities:
- Participate in the execution of the Associate Solutions and Enablement Knowledge Services strategy.
- Conduct detailed analysis of user content needs and set expectations while partnering with internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Convert technical information into documents for non-technical and technical users.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to obtain information and content validation.
- Report the progress of content deliverables to stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
- Employ structured authoring elements and concepts.
- Reuse content and apply basic reuse techniques.
- Structure complex technical information into nonlinear or linear formats.
- Assess and align business content to ADP’s standards.
- Mentor and guide other writers in developing their skills and competency with tools, proper content application and structure, writing skills, and working with SMEs.
- Provide dedicated support to key business partners and manage projects.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications:

- Familiarity with DITA/XML and XML-based authoring platforms.
- Relationship building.
- Results-driven.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Excellence in language arts.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

QualificationsBonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with DITA/XML-based authoring platforms
- Proficiency with Ixiasoft or other CCMS
- Familiarity working with taxonomies and metadata
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
- Ability to flex communication style and work approach with different audiences.
- BA/BS in a Communications/English/Technical Writing discipline, or the equivalent in education and experience preferred.
