Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through Outbound/Cold Calling.
• Intensive research on accounts, lead profiling, identify key players and
generate interest
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory
• Present effective online demos to prospects
• Gaining professional relationship with the prospects and timely follow-up for
closure.
• Generate quality leads with 100% fitment and low rejection rate.
• Close deals On-the-Call and onboard new clients to achieve monthly
quotas.
• Work vigorously to achieve an assigned Sales Target for Every Financial
Month/Quarter/Year.
• Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate
objectives
• Respond to RFPs and RFQs and Incented to close deals independently

Requirements:
• Ability to comprehend ADP Products / Services and communicate our value
proposition
• Strong Internet research skills required
• Proven Inside Sales Experience with strong phone presence and experience
dialing dozens of calls per day
• Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
• Excellent Objection Handling and Negotiation skills is an added plus
• Possess strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication, listening
and interpersonal skills
• Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well
individually or as a member of a team
• Highly organized and attentive to detail and self-motivated with a desire to
succeed
• Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
