About The Role
True in Rockhampton are looking for an energetic Senior Medical Receptionist to join the team on a casual basis.
The role of Senior Medical Receptionist at True requires:
- Exceptional patient services/experiences to support our clinical team.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Liaising with Clinicians to ensure the clinic’s smooth operation
- Medicare Batching, Debtors, End of Day Banking
- Opening and Closing the Clinic
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Selection Criteria
Experience in a comparable role doing the following tasks:
- Administrative Requirements
- 2 years’ experience using Best Practice and Hotdoc
- Processing Medicare Payments, Batches, Receipts and Rejections
- Word processing, documentation and publishing.
- Ability to manage timely and cost-effective administrative support functions across the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in providing client services
