What you will be doing: This role will be responsible for assisting in the coordination, preparation, and submission of all regulatory documents required for hotel operations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for items such as operating licenses; liquor licenses; fire safety approvals; and other hospitality-related documentation.
- Assist in the maintenance of database of all license and permits, including renewal dates and compliance deadlines
- File and organize all permit-related documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external consultants to obtain the statuses of applications.
- Ex: Other duties as assigned

Education
- High School Diploma
Certifications/Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Required to be in office two days a week.
