What you will be doing: This role will be responsible for assisting in the coordination, preparation, and submission of all regulatory documents required for hotel operations.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for items such as operating licenses; liquor licenses; fire safety approvals; and other hospitality-related documentation.
  • Assist in the maintenance of database of all license and permits, including renewal dates and compliance deadlines
  • File and organize all permit-related documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external consultants to obtain the statuses of applications.
  • Ex: Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

These qualifications are based on the essential duties and responsibilities of the job and relate to what the associate needs to do to perform the job. 

Education

  • High School Diploma

Certifications/Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

Other

  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Required to be in office two days a week.
