Tricentis is looking for an IP and Contract Paralegal to join its growing global legal team. The perfect candidate for this role is comfortable with working in an unstructured environment and assisting in the development of processes and procedures. You have worked either in a law firm or in a corporate legal department (a bit of both would be perfect!). You like legal technology and are open to playing with new legal tech, such as AI redlining tools. Key functions for this role are the administration of our trademark and patent portfolio, management of the contract lifecycle management platform, use and updates to our AI contract redlining tool, and assistance with privacy data requests. Further, this role will provide support to the legal team as a whole with internal processes, day-to-day operations, and escalation of critical matters. This role reports directly to the Director of Legal Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Use and update of playbooks, clause libraries and prompts for AI redlining tool.
- Manage and docket IP portfolio (trademarks, patents, copyrights).
- Review and handle incoming requests for Legal Operations mailboxes.
- Manage corporate governance database for global entities by engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate Annual Report filings for global entities.
- Project manage strategic legal projects with other legal professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research and resolve routine legal questions.
- Assist with special projects and compliance initiatives as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on M&A projects.
- Administer various workflows and advance submissions for data subject access requests (“DSARs”) through OneTrust process and Privacy mailbox.
- Update and manage OneTrust platform for website publications.
- Oversee and administer the Privacy mailbox and escalate to specific legal counsel as needed.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Privacy (data deletion requests) and CLMs (“Contract Lifecycle Management” platforms a plus.
- Knowledge of how to manage an IP portfolio (trademarks and patents).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task in dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong communication skills.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent length of prior work experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Paralegal certificate a plus.
- Prior experience with duties related to in-house legal team or private law practice.
