Your Role: Pet Health Brand Manager
The Pet Health Brand Manager (1-year contract, maternity leave cover) is responsible for supporting brand strategies and implementing marketing plans with a primary focus on assigned products in the Companion Animal category. In particular, this role will be closely involved in developing and executing marketing strategies for antiparasitic products such as Credelio Plus (CRP), Advocate, and Seresto. The position holder will focus on driving brand business objectives in the short term by executing marketing plans, supporting sales & profit targets through effective promotional activities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s channel strategies. The role emphasizes practical brand execution in the local market and collaboration with the PH team members and manager and internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support and execute brand marketing plans for assigned products, particularly antiparasitic products (CRP, Advocate, Seresto, etc.).
- Assist in market analysis, competitive review, and development of product-specific marketing strategies.
- Implement marketing programs and campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
- Support product lifecycle management including marketing activities for existing and newly launched products.
- Provide product knowledge and marketing materials to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with the PH team members and manager to deliver assigned tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare reports and updates on marketing activities, campaign progress, and market response.
- Manage budget planning and execution related to assigned products.
- Complete all trainings required by Elanco.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine (preferred) or equivalent university degree.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the animal health industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and performance-oriented behavior.
- Ability to plan business objectives, manage complexity, and demonstrate learning agility.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Marketing experience with antiparasitic products (CRP, Advocate, Seresto, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Experience in marketing agency, e-commerce, or consumer health industry preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Background in Life Sciences, Biology, or Veterinary Medicine preferred.
