The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate cross- functionally to support the sales and marketing teams with event management and other marketing activities. This role requires strong organization and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Event Management & Sales Support:
- Help to plan and execute conferences, global trade shows, and other industry events
- Coordinate event logistics, including conference room set up, booth setup, shipping, AV needs, catering, and venue management.
- Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.
- Manage attendee lists, invitations, registrations, and on-site check-ins.
- Arrange customer dinners, networking events, and other business entertainment.
- Order and manage swag inventory.
- Oversee event signage, branding, tablecloths, and distribution of promotional materials and swag items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to align on event objectives.
- Manage and track expenses to stay on budget.
Marketing Support:
- Draft and execute marketing communications, such as emails and social media posts
- Monitor email and social analytics to develop actionable insights for improvement
- Manage sales and distributor contact email lists to ensure accuracy
- Manage event calendar
- New vendor set-up, invoice processing, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years in a relevant Event, Sales or Marketing support role
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms, such as Hubspot and Sitecore
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience working cross-functionally between various departments and time zones
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Expertise in Social Media platforms
Working Conditions:
Littelfuse is a global company, with offices worldwide. The Marketing Coordinator will work with teams across several different time zones, which requires some flexibility.
- This is a hybrid role, reporting into the Chicago Headquarters office (Rosemont, IL).
- Approximately 20% domestic travel required.

Salary Range:
$73,900 - $99,340The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
