What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.
What are we looking for? •Digital Marketing •Team Management •Program Management •Leadership •Communication ? 10 to 15 years of experience ? 5-7 years of experience in the ITES industry and in program management and leading teams of 30+ Resources ? Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate a vision that inspires and motivates IT operations staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy ? Candidate should be a graduate ? Minimum 4 years working experience in Adobe Campaign ? Minimum 2 years experience as ADOBE Campaign Admin ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Experience in Adobe Campaign Lifecycle and Adobe Campaign QA ? Create and execute complex data management workflows ? Import and ETL (Enrich, Transform & Load) data to feed your database ? Create custom queries and manage your audiences list ? Able to perform advanced operations to manage & manipulate database schemas, data types and values ? Exporting lists and importing data from various data sources - external & FTP server ? Customizing and creating new report templates as per requirement. ? Troubleshooting technical issues with the campaign execution ? Creating and managing the user permissions and asset access rights FINANCE: ? Responsible for team’s time tracking impact in budgets (overruns, re-estimations, change orders, allocations and risks). CLIENT: ? Coordination and delivery of SOWs/LOEs ? Manage escalation and incidents processes (E2E) ? Manage customer satisfaction (define indicators, apply data collection process, analysis and take corrective and preventions actions) ? Identify business growth opportunities ? Ensure account continuity based on set metrics / SLAs / KPIs (performance) ? Manage team structure and allocations RESOURCES: ? Manage/Lead a set of teams/accounts providing leadership, guidance and organization to the projects under his/her command. ? Define and evaluate direct reports business objectives (PA Process) ? Follow up on team members defined career path and professional growth opportunities. ? Define, implement and follow up on team’s training program ? First point of escalation for resources internal conflicts / incidents PROCESSES: ? Responsible completeness, quality and timeliness of all client deliveries. ? Implementation, continual improvement, and ensure utilization of team’s SOPs. ? Provide AM team with proper sales support (technical approach and samples/case studies)
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts ?
