Urban Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our growing residential portfolio based in Marsden Park. What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio
- Handling rental arrears and lease renewals
- Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed condition reports
- Managing termination notices and attending tribunal hearings
- Overseeing marketing strategies for the rental portfolio
This role is fully supported by a dedicated Property Officer – plus, no weekend work and no accounts management!
What We’Re Looking For:
- A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for property management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to handle complex property management issues
- A self-starter with a proactive approach
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
