Property Manager

Urban Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our growing residential portfolio based in Marsden Park. What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio
• Handling rental arrears and lease renewals
• Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed condition reports
• Managing termination notices and attending tribunal hearings
• Overseeing marketing strategies for the rental portfolio

This role is fully supported by a dedicated Property Officer – plus, no weekend work and no accounts management!

What We’Re Looking For:

• A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for property management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to handle complex property management issues
• A self-starter with a proactive approach
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
