Job Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at PTC, you will be a strategic contributor with deep expertise in managing complex and high-impact recruitment initiatives. You will operate independently or as part of cross-functional teams to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles across multiple business units.
  • Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to meet specific hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring demands and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Promote PTC’s employer brand and values throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Escalate critical decisions to senior leadership at key checkpoints.

Data & Compliance

  • Track, interpret, and present recruitment metrics to identify trends and address blockers.
  • Ensure ATS compliance and data accuracy to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to or lead high-impact projects that enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate and college partnerships to support strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Drive internal mobility programs to retain and grow internal talent.
  • Manage and optimize referral programs to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Oversee contractor hiring processes in alignment with business needs.

Decision-Making & Dependencies

Operates with sound judgment in situations with incomplete or conflicting information. Escalates high-impact decisions appropriately while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day operations.

Role Complexity

Manages diverse and ambiguous recruitment challenges across functions. Balances strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially in complex compensation discussions.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sourcing expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn.
  • Expert in X-Ray & Boolean search
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT Recruitment.
  • Preferred experience in a product-based company.
  • Proven success in hiring for a wide range of technical and business roles, including:
  • Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sourcing expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn.
  • Expert in X-Ray & Boolean search
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT Recruitment.
  • Preferred experience in a product-based company.
