Product Designer (Mid-level)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Product Designer to join our growing design team to shape the Trilogy Care Portal - our flagship internal CRM as-well-as, adjacent consumer experiences, including an ecommerce marketplace and React Native mobile apps.

Daily you’ll be working closely with users, business analysts, engineers and subject matter experts on complex software projects, balancing user needs with business realities, and shipping iteratively.

This is a full-time, hybrid role as part of one of our growing product teams.

What You'Ll Do

• Work with our Planning team to aid discovery and mature PRD’s all the way to production.
• Run user research and shadowing guidance, turning insights into user- and business-led design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate on possible solutions, simplifying complex concepts early, aligning with development on technical feasibility and appetite.
• Recognise and help resolve UX debt, with input from senior designers or your manager, clarifying constraints and priorities.
• Support stakeholders with UI copy and documentation to capture decisions and shared understanding.
• Produce clear design deliverables: user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that solve real problems.
• Work from and contribute to the design system with consistent, reusable components in prototyping tools.
• Identify & capture usability issues, iterate based on feedback and data, and close the loop.
• Use, your mind, AI and your voice to suggest and to optimise workflow and collaborate effectively with the design practice.

What You'Ll Bring

• 3 years + experience in a product design role with a solid foundation in usability, interaction, and visual (ui) design.
• Consumer facing applications preferred with ecommerce experience of real benefit.
• Positive, curious mind set always asking why.
• Strong understanding of design systems and hands-on use of modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Dovetale, Confluence, Claude, V0, Vercel, Storybook etc)
• Comfort with SME and user interviews, shadowing, and stakeholder engagement—group and 1:1.
• Organised, self-driven, with comfort in uncertain spaces as direction is shaped. Equally willing to put your hand up for help when needed.
