About The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and energetic Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate passionate about marketing, events, and creating memorable experiences that drive engagement. You’ll support the planning and execution of conferences, meetups, partner webinars, and Atera-hosted events, helping bring our brand to life.

What you will be doing
- Support logistical and administrative aspects of conferences, tradeshows, partner webinars, and Atera-hosted events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and ensure events align with marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work with vendors to align resources, pricing, and contracts; assist with vendor payments and finance alignment.
- Create detailed event agendas and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track event attendance and conduct post-event surveys and evaluations.
- Source giveaway vendors, manage orders, and maintain inventory of event materials.
- Manage organization of event files, photos, Monday.com boards, and archives.
- Support additional marketing projects such as customer holiday gifts, special campaigns, and unique experiences.
Requirements
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 year of relevant experience (including internships) - Nice to have
- Native-level English and Hebrew.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and event tools (e.g. Gmail, Docs, sheets, slides).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative, solutions-driven communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible team player with a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
