We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer at WIAM team to join us at Telia.
I’m Mažvydas Šimkus, Head of Workforce Identity & Access Management, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on shaping the future of Identity & Access Management by driving secure, scalable IAM solutions across Telia’s enterprise.
What You’Ll Do:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM/IGA infrastructure and services.
- Develop scalable and secure IAM/IGA solutions across our enterprise systems.
- Create automation scripts, tools, and integrations to optimize IAM platforms (e.g., Omada Identity, MidPoint).
- Consult with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to align IAM solutions with enterprise policies and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for operational excellence.
- Proven experience in IGA on prem infrastructure, automation, and integration (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, LDAP, Ping Directory).
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Linux shell).
- Ability to lead complex projects, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is a plus.
Advantages: API/web app development (ASP.NET Core, Blazor, React), and database management (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) experience.
