About The Role
As a key strategic partner to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a central role in driving the company’s growth strategy and leading its operational excellence. The COO will oversee all financial and operational aspects of the company, managing the finance team and ensuring alignment between strategic goals, execution, and day-to-day operations. This role is critical for building scalable processes, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Management And Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Finance and Operations teams.
- Translate the strategic goals of the company into actionable, measurable plans.
- Partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior stakeholders to report on financial and operational performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across all departments.
Operations And Integration
- Oversee the company’s daily operations, including IT, procurement, and internal processes.
- Lead the integration process with TeamSystem across finance, operations, and technology to create alignment and synergy.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and legal partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO).
Management and responsibility for the finance team in charge of:
- Overseeing and controlling budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Preparing and delivering financial reports in full compliance with TeamSystem’s reporting standards.
- Managing cash flow, monitoring key financial metrics, and maintaining close collaboration with the parent company’s financial leadership.
- Supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and financial analysis.
Requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior operational roles with financial oversight, ideally from COO, Chief of Staff, or similar executive positions in growth-stage or SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated success in leading M&A or post-acquisition integration processes - significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification - strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces and levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do approach and a strong focus on action.
- High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
