The Digital Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing engaging, on-brand content across Hungry Lion’s digital platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and brand affinity. The role involves turning ideas into compelling visuals, copy, and stories, aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Content Creation & Production
- 3. Campaign Support & Brand Activation
- 4. Analytics & Optimisation
- Conceptualise, plan, and produce compelling content (photo, video, animation, and copy) for social media, website, and internal campaigns.
- Create platform-appropriate content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Work closely with designers, and brand teams to ensure content consistency with the Hungry Lion tone and visual identity.
2. Social Media
- Support the rollout of social content calendars and campaign plans.
- Collaborate with the digital team to identify trending topics, formats, and relevant content for the brand.
- Translate marketing briefs into creative digital executions that amplify in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure digital assets align with broader marketing KPIs and campaign goals.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimisation.
- Stay up-to-date with social media & digital trends, platform features, and audience behaviour; suggest new formats or channels.
Key Competencies
- Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills.
- Excellent photography, videography, and editing abilities (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement tactics.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to reflect Hungry Lion’s brand personality
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably within retail or QSR
- Proven portfolio showcasing video, photography, and social content work.
