As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to enterprise-level accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying new opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring Eastlink is the provider of choice for public sector organizations and enterprise clients.
This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to shape the future of connectivity and digital transformation in our region.
Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on public sector clients (municipalities, health, education, and more).
• Lead solution development by collaborating with internal experts across sales, engineering, implementation, finance, and billing.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring Eastlink is top-of-mind when contracts are up for renewal.
• Manage existing accounts with care and precision, ensuring contractual obligations are met and opportunities for growth are seized.
• Present compelling proposals and solutions that address client needs and position Eastlink as a trusted partner.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development and contract negotiation within the technology sector.
• A proven track record of success in complex sales environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
