As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help plan and deliver engaging campaigns, coordinate photoshoots, and support content creation across our portfolio of hospitality, retail, and experience-based businesses. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that offers variety — from crafting marketing materials to organizing media visits and collaborating with creative partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and takes pride in producing high-quality, on-brand marketing content that reflects the unique voice and style of each BCP brand.
This position is in Banff — Remote work is not available, and relocation will be required.
What You’ll Do
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
• Develop and adapt marketing content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and brochures.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across all channels.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, influencer visits, and media requests.
• Assist with marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Maintain shared calendars, databases, and content libraries.
• Assist with maintaining and updating website content, imagery, and content libraries.
• Track campaign performance, media coverage, and social engagement metrics.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to support strategy development.
• Collaborate with graphic design and social media teams on creative assets and promotional materials.
What You Bring
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating or supporting marketing campaigns and events.
• Comfortable working across multiple social media platforms and content tools.
• Experience with WordPress including plugins such as Divi Pixel, Elementor, Yoast SEO, and Jetpack.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar creative tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and content best practices.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism marketing is an asset.
