Key Responsibilities:
• Create, capture, and schedule engaging content across all BCP social media channels.
• Monitor platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Work with the graphic designer to produce visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content that highlights BCP properties and experiences.

• Write and edit copy for social posts, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain an organized content library and contribute creative ideas for future initiatives.
• Track social media performance metrics and report insights to the Marketing Manager.
Skills & Experience:
• Outgoing, energetic, and creative, with excellent judgment, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Experience in social media content creation, marketing, communications, or journalism—preferably in hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different brands and audiences.
• Skilled in photography and videography, including capturing, editing, and producing visual content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and experience creating engaging content.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable team player with a focus on delivering high-quality content.
