Contract Compliance Officer

We currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Officer. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in providing compliance advice and support whilst ensuring adherence to legislation, contractual requirements, and internal processes. Reporting to Quality Assurance Lead, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’Ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
 

• Ensure services adhere to relevant legislation, contractual requirements, and internal policies through regular monitoring, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory adherence.
• Act as a systems superuser for compliance-related software and assist in training staff on compliance policies and processes.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all staff and contractors comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across multiple sites.

What You’Ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in facilities management, safety, or compliance, Qualifications in Quality / Continuous improvement with auditing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Working hours for this role will be 7am-3pm.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and effectively communicate compliance requirements to various stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to workplace health and safety, with a focus on enhancing compliance processes and driving efficiency improvements.
