Job Summary:

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth check-in/check-out experiences. This role involves managing front office staff, handling guest concerns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, committed to delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead front desk, concierge, and guest services teams
  • Ensure efficient and courteous check-in/check-out procedures Monitor room availability, reservations, and guest preferences
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff performance
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office activities
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Support revenue management through upselling and occupancy optimization

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in front office or guest services management in the hospitality industry ***welcoming applications from candidates currently as Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor for their further career advancement opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ideally, proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
