Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design of Scapia’s B2C travel experience, helping users plan and book their journeys with ease and delight.
What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end design process: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Deeply understand users and their needs
• Design and iterate on high-quality deliverables
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define problems and craft impactful solutions
• Conduct usability testing and leverage insights to refine experiences
• Leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights in making day-to-day design and product decisions
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
• Act as a thought partner to your Product Manager, influencing product strategy and roadmap

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of UX/Product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong user-centric design thinking
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, meet deadlines, ensuring reliability
• Experience building products for mobile apps
• A problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output
• Proactive and comfortable with working autonomously
• Strong interaction design and visual design skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to balance speed with attention to detail
• Ability to connect design decisions to business and user impact
