Inviting applications for the role of Senior. Principal Consultant, Technical Lead 

• In this role, you will be responsible for leading full stack development teams in delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java and Angular frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting cloud-native solutions, managing client expectations, and driving delivery excellence across agile teams. 

Responsibilities

• Lead end-of-the-end design and development of full stack applications using Java/.Net, Spring boot/MVC, Angular/ React, and RESTful API’s Microservices 
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions. 
• Own delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. 
• Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. 
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide technical leadership, and manage stakeholder expectations. 
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated testing. 
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications in cloud environments. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 
• Proven experience in software development with strong expertise in Java/.Net Technologies  
• Proven experience in leading full stack development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. 
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.). 
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence. 
• Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture are a plus. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams. 
• Lead AI-first transformation – Build and scale AI solutions that redefine industries

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000to $100,00]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
