Interior Designer – Retail & HoReCa Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in the Retail and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sectors. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of the Middle East market, and a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset to help us build and scale our design operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to execution across retail and HoReCa environments.
• Develop mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations that align with brand identity and customer experience.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure alignment with budget and project scope.
• Source and coordinate with regional suppliers, contractors, and vendors for timely and quality execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including key account managers, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installation to ensure design fidelity and quality standards.
• Contribute to building internal design processes and structure for scalable growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, specifically in retail and HoReCa sectors.
• Proven experience working in the Middle East market, with knowledge of local design trends, materials, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent network of suppliers and execution partners in the region.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3Ds Max etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A dynamic, proactive approach with a passion for building systems and structures from the ground up.
