How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdue with accounts that have a high exposure.
  • Reviewing transactions processed by Customers ensuring that they are in line with the Card Acceptance Policy to prevent losses to both the Customer and American Express
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Offer custom solutions and negotiate a positive outcome for the customer and American Express
  • Keep pace with the ever-changing world of business transactions, identify new trends and develop continuous process improvements
  • Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
  • Document necessary information
  • Daily reporting to stakeholders
  • Assisting Team Leader in managing Performance and Key Metrics of the Team
