  • 40 hours/week Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break

About the role

You'll be the organizational backbone that transforms signed contracts into actionable project plans. This role puts you at the center of the construction workflow, where your attention to detail directly impacts project success and crew efficiency. You'll work independently in a structured environment, managing the critical bridge between contracts and execution while supporting a growing construction business.

Responsibilities:

  • Review signed roofing and siding contracts to extract project specifications and requirements
  • Create detailed material lists for construction jobs based on contract specifications
  • Transfer material information from Excel spreadsheets into the company's CRM system
  • Draft professional emails to construction crews outlining job details and project requirements
  • Coordinate project information flow between contracts, materials management, and crew communications
  • Input and organize job data to maintain accurate project tracking systems
  • Support additional back-end administrative tasks as the business grows
  • Ensure accuracy in all material calculations and project documentation
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing material lists
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate contract review and material calculations
  • Excellent written communication skills for crew correspondence
  • Ability to work independently on administrative tasks without direct supervision
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Bonus if you have construction or roofing industry knowledge
  • It helps if you're comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
