This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET (includes 1-hour unpaid break)Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
The HR Professional will partner closely with department heads to design and manage a comprehensive HR strategy. This role includes creating individualized employee plans, establishing career development opportunities, and supporting management in addressing personnel challenges. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement HR programs tailored to each team
- Develop individual employee improvement plans and career development pathways
- Support department leads in resolving management and personnel issues
- Assist in building organizational infrastructure, including HR policies, compliance, and best practices
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused company culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or fast-growing organizations
- Strong expertise in HR program development, employee relations, and career development planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide and coach managers
- Knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
